By agreeing to these Terms You accept to be legally bound by the Terms presented on this page, throughout the duration of Services.
This webpage is dedicated to the Launch Skip Terms & Conditions and as such acts as effective and the latest version of the Terms.
General Terms
You shall use the Platform for its main purpose in line with Your official business policy and legal actions. Additionally, You will:
- Utilize the Platform strictly in accordance with all applicable laws and government regulations;
- Be solely responsible for complete set of action performed while using Launch Skip;
- Use commercially reasonable and logical efforts in preventing unauthorized access to or illegal actions with and via the Platform;
- Not use the Services for the benefit of any physical or legal entity other than You;
- Absolutely reject to build a competitive product, as well as reject to copy, modify or transfer the Platform to anyone but You.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Services and its original contents, features and functionalities are and will remain the exclusive property of Launch Labs.
Payments
Once You select a Plan and decide to pay for Launch Skip, You agree to pay for the Services as listed and displayed on Our website. Prices for Our products are subject to change without any prior notice.
Third-Party Information
We are not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy. We neither warrant nor will have any liability or responsibility for any third-party content or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
We are not liable for any potential or effectual harm or damage related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party.
Please review carefully any such third-party’s policy and practice and make sure You understand them before You engage in any transaction or utilization.
Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be addressed to the third-party directly.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable to You for any potential and/or occured loss of business activities, loss of revenue and/or profit, loss of data and/or information or any direct and/or indirect cumulative, successive or ad hoc damage originating from this agreement or otherwise.
Severability
In case that any provision or part of this agreement is held to be illegal or otherwise unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will still apply to the extent of remaining in force and the agreement staying enforceable.
Term & Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to Our Service immediately, without any prior notice and/or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including and without limitation in case that You breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
If any dispute arises, both parties agree to submit all such disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement to the Courts of Florida.
Changes
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to perform any modifications or additions to these Terms, without emitting any prior or posterior notice to You.
By continuing to use Our Services, you accept any new T&C in effect. In case You do not agree with the potential changes and the new T&C in effect, You have the right to stop using the Services.
